We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First part: "We are PMG PMG, a global independent platform company..." This is about the company, not necessarily "About the role". Could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" would be description of role. The posting includes sections: "Who You Will Be Working With", "What You Will Be Doing", "What You Will Bring", "What We Offer", "What Sets Us Apart". So we need to map to headings. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we must use those exact headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should use those headings where appropriate. But we can also use other headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Means we should use those headings for sections. Probably we should map content to those headings. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: could be the introductory description of the role (maybe "We are PMG..."? Actually that's about company. The role description is in "Who You Will Be Working With", "What You Will Be Doing", "What You Will Bring". Could combine into About the role? But we have separate headings for Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. So we should split. Responsibilities: corresponds to "What You Will Be Doing". That's a list of duties. Requirements: could be "What You Will Bring" (experience, qualifications). Could split into Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred) but we may not have distinction. We'll put Requirements as the list of experience/skills needed. Qualifications: maybe education etc. Could be included in Requirements. Skills: maybe specific skills like Programmatic expertise, audience strategy, measurement, etc. Benefits: from "What We Offer" includes bullet list. Pay: not mentioned explicitly. No salary info. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned. So no Schedule. We also have "What Sets Us Apart" which is about culture; could be part of About the role or maybe separate but not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role as prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is EEO statement; we should remove that. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce sections:

About the role

with prose summarizing company and team context? Could include "We are PMG..." and "Who You Will Be Working With". Might be too much but okay. Better: About the role: include the introductory paragraphs about PMG and the Integrated Media team and who you'll work with. Responsibilities:
  • from "What You Will Be Doing". Requirements: maybe combine "What You Will Bring" (experience, degree) and also "What Sets Us Apart"? Actually that's culture. Requirements: list of experience needed. Qualifications: maybe education (bachelor's degree or equivalent) and maybe other qualifications like commitment to values? Could be included. Skills: list of specific skills: Programmatic expertise, CTV, OTT, online video, YouTube, brand media, local/national media buying, audience strategy, data application, measurement/attribution, experimentation, incrementality, CAPI, attribution modeling, localized/geo-targeted strategies, advising senior stakeholders, judgment, evaluating emerging media, collaborating across global teams, leadership/mentorship, client relationships, travel, continual learning, customer-focused, people-focused leadership, PMG values. But many of those overlap with responsibilities. However we need to avoid duplication? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all info, but we can categorize. We could put all "What You Will Bring" items under Requirements (or Qualifications). Then Skills could be empty? But we must not create a heading with filler. So if we don't have specific content for Skills, we should omit Skills section. Similarly, Qualifications maybe we can put education there. Let's decide: - About the role: company description and team context. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Be Doing" bullet points. - Requirements: "What You Will Bring" bullet points (experience, degree, track record, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe "Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience" (but that's already in Requirements). Could split: Requirements = experience; Qualifications = education. But we have both. Better: Requirements: experience (8+ years, deep Programmatic expertise, track record, etc.) Qualifications: education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) and maybe commitment to values? But values are more about culture. Skills: specific competencies like Programmatic expertise, audience strategy, measurement, etc. But those are also in experience. Given the risk of creating thin sections, maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements (since both are about what you need). But the instruction says we can use those headings; we can omit Qualifications if no distinct content. However we have education which is a qualification. Could put it under Requirements as part of bullet. Thus we may have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. We must not include Skills if no distinct content beyond what's already covered. But we could extract skills list from "What You Will Bring" that are skills: Deep Programmatic expertise, experience across CTV, OTT, online video, YouTube, brand media, local/national media buying, Advanced knowledge of audience strategy, Strong command of measurement and attribution, Experience developing localized and geo-targeted media strategies, Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders, Strong judgment when navigating ambiguous info, Experience evaluating emerging media, Demonstrated success collaborating across global teams, Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, Ability to build trusted client relationships, A commitment to curiosity and adaptability, A dedication to People-Focused leadership, A commitment to PMG’s values. These are skills/qualities. Could be placed under Skills. But then Requirements could be just the baseline: 8+ years experience, bachelor's degree, etc. However the posting lumps them together. Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, maybe we combine into About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including experience, education, skills), Benefits. Thus we will have four sections. Let's craft:
