Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations across direct and Programmatic deals, from setup and QA through delivery and optimization
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for campaign delivery issues
- Own reporting, analysis, and performance optimization to drive continuous improvement in campaign delivery and revenue
- Build and maintain standardized troubleshooting playbooks, leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline recurring workflows
- Possess strong collaboration with Sales and Account Managers to ensure seamless campaign execution and an exceptional client experience
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ad operations or programmatic campaign management, with publisher-side experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Google Ad Manager and programmatic platforms is preferred including Magnite, OpenX, The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, PubMatic, Aniview, and Index Exchange
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, auction dynamics, SSPs, DSPs, PMPs, PGs, and agency trading desks
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex campaign delivery issues across multiple platforms and partners
- An analytical, data-driven mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills and high attention to detail
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
