Program Therapist Young Adult IOP PT Days
Job Summary
The Butler Hospital is seeking a Program Therapist for the Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Program. This position provides group therapy sessions, initial psychiatric evaluations, and weekly therapy check-ins for patients.
Responsibilities
- Conducts two group therapy sessions per program evening (3 evenings a week)
- Conducts initial psychiatric evaluations for new patient admissions
- Provides weekly therapy check-in sessions for a caseload of patients
Requirements
- R.I. LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in CBT, ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy
- Strong focus on resiliency and patient ownership
- Knowledge of mental health issues affecting young adults, such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and adult transition adjustment
