About the role

The Program Team Lead II is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals in the development and execution of complex programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of program management principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of professionals in the development and execution of complex programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure program success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Monitor progress against key performance indicators and make adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and present program updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
