About the role
Provide support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities during programs.
Responsibilities
- Work with individuals to facilitate engagement during programs
- Implement group activities
- Communicate with supervisor
- Foster positive relationships between individuals served and community
- Ensure safety of participants during programs
- Encourage independence
Requirements
- A desire to work with adults with disabilities
- Ability to provide positive motivation to others
- Must be caring, dedicated, responsible, and patient
- HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
Pay
$20–$30/hour for approximately 9 hours a week.
