The Program Support Specialist assists an organization's program managers and directors with foundational administrative, clerical, and operational tasks. This role ensures daily activities run smoothly by managing schedules, entering data, and handling routine inquiries.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An active TS/SCI with Poly
- Varying levels of education and experience, including:
- Entry Level: High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience, Associates Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years of relevant experience
- Junior Level: High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience, Associates Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree with 0 years of relevant experience
- Mid-Level: High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience, Associates Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 0 years of relevant experience
- Senior Level: High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience, Associates Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 2 years of relevant experience
- SME Level: High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience, Associates Degree with 10 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 4 years of relevant experience
- Technical skills, including proficiency with standard office software and data management systems
- Soft skills, including strong organizational skills, clear verbal and written communication, and basic problem-solving abilities

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $204,000.00.
Schedule
This position is located in our Arlington office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
