Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Housing Navigators, HMIS, case management, service providers, and client support, ensuring compliance of all funding source regulations.
Provides a successful and supervised setting for staff, providers, volunteers, and clients.

Performs on-going assessments on data reporting, collection and case management.
Facilitates the progress of the shelter program and partner support
Facilitates the progress of the shelter program and partner support while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
