Program Supervisor BHT/Night Shift

About the Role

The Program Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, providing guidance and direction to assigned staff, including training, scheduling, skills and knowledge verification, and ensuring adherence to agency policy and procedure. The role involves direct service to members as needed, participation in staffing and quality assurance activities, and coordination with community partners. The Program Supervisor will also manage data quality for HMIS entries, ensure thorough documentation, and review HMIS reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and provide guidance to staff.
• Train, schedule, and verify staff skills and knowledge.
• Ensure staff adhere to agency policies and procedures.
• Provide direct service to members as needed.
• Participate in staffing and shadow staff for quality assurance.
• Represent the program and agency positively in the community.
• Coordinate with community partners and assist with program presentations.
• Participate in meetings with funders when necessary.
• Ensure data quality for HMIS entries and staff documentation.
• Review HMIS reports and ensure compliance with program procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher in a behavioral health-related field preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification (if applicable).

Qualifications (Housing Program Staff)

• Current Arizona Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
