Program Supervisor

About the role

The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) leads a team providing intensive, community-based behavioral health services to adults with serious mental illness. Key responsibilities include conducting client outreach, completing psychological and needs assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating services and community resources, monitoring client progress, providing advocacy, counseling, crisis intervention, daily living support, and medication oversight. The ACT Supervisor also assists with program evaluation and development.

Requirements

- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling - Three (3) years of clinical experience, including counseling, crisis intervention, and case management with individuals living with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders - Registration with the Virginia Board of Health Professions for LPC or LCSW supervision within 90 days of hire - Supervisory experience preferred

Pay

Annual Salary: $57,119 + $2,500 sign-on bonus

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
