About the role
The University of New Mexico's Project ECHO has an exciting opportunity for a Program Specialist to join our Partner Support Team. As a Program Specialist, you will liaise with internal teams and internal/external stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating partner communication, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs, and assisting with challenging partner requests/escalating issues as needed. You will be actively involved in strategic planning for new partner programs to assist them with launching their ECHO programs.
