Key Responsibilities

  • Support integrated program management and operational coordination activities
  • Aid in data aggregation, validation, tracking, and reporting across multiple information sources
  • Prepare analytical reports, summaries, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership and stakeholders
  • Support data management activities, including quality assurance and documentation processes
  • Cook up activities across technical, analytical, and operational teams
  • Aid in research support activities, surveillance coordination, and program monitoring efforts
  • Track deliverables, schedules, milestones, and action items to ensure program objectives are met
  • Support development of technical documentation, meeting materials, and status reporting
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Support proposal, growth, or business development activities as needed, including research, coordination, and documentation support

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Experience supporting program coordination, operations, reporting, or analytical activities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting data analysis, reporting, or operational support functions
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems, research support, or large-scale program coordination
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
  • Prior experience supporting federal or government contracting environments
  • Willingness to learn and support growth and capture support processes
  • Familiarity with responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, generative AI tools, and AI-assisted analytics practices.

Emerging Technology and AI Adoption Requirements

  • Support evaluation, piloting, and adoption of emerging technologies that improve program efficiency, data quality, reporting, automation, and decision support
  • Apply responsible AI principles when using AI-enabled tools, including appropriate human oversight, validation of outputs, transparency, privacy protection, and alignment with organizational policies
