Program Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a Program Specialist to support the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers across the state of Oregon. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth program execution through operational processes, coordination, and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support program operations across multiple offerings, ensuring alignment with program guidelines and objectives
- Cook up communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Track program activity, submissions, and performance metrics to support program goals
- Develop and maintain reports for forecasting, planning, and client deliverables
- Lead or support program updates, including project coordination and drafting materials for client review
- Aid with contractor database management and internal systems support
- Contribute to process development and continuous improvement initiatives across the program
Requirements
This role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, operations, or data tracking. Experience supporting reporting, metrics, or program performance analysis is preferred. Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements, strong attention to detail, and quick adaptation to changing priorities are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

This is a highly operations-focused and internal-facing role, with an emphasis on program coordination, data tracking, reporting, and process improvement.

Pay
Target compensation is $60,000.00. The compensation range is $48,800.00 - $66,300.00, depending on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), and other factors. ClearEsult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization.
