Program Services Manager Position

Van Wert County Council on Aging is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization providing senior services in Van Wert County since 1975.

About the role

Full-time Program Services Manager to oversee daily office operations, programming of direct senior services, and program activities at the Senior Center.

40 hours/week, salaried position. Must be able to work several evenings and early morning hours throughout the year as needed. COA vehicle provided for agency use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating client services and transportation
• Overseeing senior programs and activities
• Managing office operations, schedules, and records
• Assisting with outreach, newsletters, and fundraising events

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required (Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour, may be higher depending on experience, skills, and organizational fit.

Schedule
