Program Security Representative (PSR) II - Tinker AFB

Pipeline requisition for a Principal-level Physical Security Officer role at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK. US citizenship and current Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for a Counterintelligence polygraph are required. Must have previously been read onto a Special Access Program (SAP).

About the role

As a Program Security Representative (PSR) II at GDIT, you will provide multi-discipline security support for one or more customer Special Access Programs (SAPs). The position involves day-to-day analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities, ensuring strict adherence to security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of US military operations.
• Provide day-to-day security support, including continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and recommend improvements for security policies, procedures, and systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Provide contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
• Brief all levels of personnel, both in government and senior civilian services, on a variety of security-related topics.
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
• Monitor, report, and track all corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
• Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff.
• Conduct exploration of any loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and/or sensitive information, including preliminary inquiries and damage assessments.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into the SAP security education and awareness program.

Requirements

• Familiarity with security policy/manuals and appropriate DCIDs/JAFANs and other guiding policy documents.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• High degree of originality, creativity, initiative, and minimal supervision required.
• Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR), which may be extensive and include both air and ground transportation.
• US citizenship required.
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (in DISS).
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total security experience; OR
• 8+ years of related experience; AND
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area; OR
• Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience; OR
• Equivalent experience (4 years).

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
