About the role

The Program Scheduler will manage and integrate master plans and schedules for Department of Defense (DOD) or Department of Energy (DOE) programs. Key responsibilities include creating IMP/IMS for projects, coordinating multi-schedule implementations, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, Open Plan Professional (OPP), or MS Project.
• Identify critical paths and manage Earned Value Management (EVMS) schedules.
• Execute resource-loaded schedules and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Train team members and direct cost and program management efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master's preferred) and 10+ years of experience in scheduling, specifically in DOD or DOE programs.
• Expertise in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Open Plan Professional (OPP), or MS Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred experience with Deltek Cobra, Acumen Fuse, and other scheduling tools.
• DOD or DOE clearance preferred.
