Program Scheduler

Role and Responsibilities

• Developing and reviewing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), integrating multiple IMS’s
• Performing schedule risks analysis
• Building projections of schedule outcomes
• Developing reports or presentations
• Providing schedule-related support to assigned Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
• Attending recurring program meetings
• Supporting Program Management Reviews (PMRs), design reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), and Business Management Reviews (BMRs)
• Communicating all findings to management through briefings, written reports, and verbal communication
• Working with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate activities and milestones into schedule models
• Employing integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across several functional disciplines
• Performing a range of program management activities, such as: gathering program information; conducting analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; establishing and maintaining schedule model databases
• Reviewing contractor IMS Schedules, evaluating against common practice, which may include DCMA 14-point schedule assessment
• Developing cartoons or Tier 1 schedules for Executive briefings

Required Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of experience. Master’s degree desired.

Desired Qualifications

• Recent experience in system program offices
• Advanced MS Project and Excel experience
