Program Scheduler - Denver, CO

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler and Project Controls professional to support complex, mission-critical programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools
• Perform schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
• Support engineering, technical, government, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital projects
• Communicate and engage with stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams
• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools
• Understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
• Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
• Familiarity with project controls, program controls, or planning functions
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Preferred: ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environments
• Primavera P
• Open Plan Professional
• Acumen Fuse
• Deltek Cobra
• DOE, DoD, NNSA, Federal, or National Laboratory environments
• Active or previous security clearance
• Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
