About the role
Location: Westborough, MA. Spectrum's Inpatient Treatment Campus.
Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a safe pro-social environment for patients admitted to the campus.
- Greet patients and provide customer service.
- Monitor patient and staff safety.
- Communicate with patients in a trauma‑sensitive manner to guide them in and out of the program safely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
- Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word required.
