Responsibilities
- Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) in accordance with AS9145 and internal APQP requirements, as applicable.
- Standardize and implement LTAMDS Test defect data entry for quick and easy data analysis.
- Analyze LTAMDS Test defect data to drive priority focus for the extended factory/program support teams to ensure alignment on top priorities to drive containment, Root Cause Analysis, and associated Corrective Action Implementation.
- Develop and Monitor Major End Item test performance metrics to maintain program health, drive Continuous Improvement Efforts.
- Perform process walks, operator observations, and lead stakeholder discussions/action plans to drive process/design enhancements to reduce variation and improve predictability.
- Identify supplier escapes/issues and ensure proper containment and backflow to the Supplier Quality Management team.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Relevant experience is work in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, system engineering, manufacturing & quality systems, technical supplier management
- Manufacturing process knowledge (assembly, inspection, and/or test)
- Experience in identifying root cause and initiating/implementing corrective actions
- Experience in development / usage of quality metrics for use both in root cause analysis and also to identify / institute quality verification(s)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
