Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology, or Mathematics field
- 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance obtainable within a reasonable time after hire
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Plans (QMPs) for assigned programs
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes (RCCA/CAR)
- Monitor and report key quality metrics to program leadership
- Interface with customers on quality-related matters and support customer audits
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
- Review and approve technical documentation, test plans, and inspection records
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and/or MIL-SPEC standards
Qualifications
- Experience in a quality engineering role within a defense or aerospace environment
- Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC)
- Knowledge of applicable standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, or MIL-SPEC
- ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) or experience with DoD programs and DCMA interface
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time
- Experience reviewing documents, drawings, and instructions for conformance to requirements
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Pay
Target salary range: USD $110,000.00/Yr. - USD $122,500.00/Yr.
Schedule
This position is fully on-site with a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).
