Responsibilities

  • Aid in administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information.
  • Support multiple programs and projects in the Optional and Advanced Academics offices.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned supervisor and staff, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Research and compile specialized data for reports and studies.
  • Compose and prepare routine and confidential reports and correspondence.
  • Make travel and accommodations arrangements for staff.
  • Establish and maintain record-keeping systems.
  • Coordinate the implementation and application of information technology systems to support area of responsibility.
  • Maintain and monitor reports and records related to program/project activities.
  • Receive and verify completion and accuracy of forms from various program-related sources.
  • Prepare various reports detailing administrative information.
  • Answer and review correspondence for the Optional School program and Advanced Academic Offices.
  • Identify and seek alternative solutions to issues or problems within the scope of applicable regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of reports, records, correspondence, and files related to assigned service, activities, and operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of combined education and experience in a relevant field.
  • Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
