Responsibilities
- Aid in administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information.
- Support multiple programs and projects in the Optional and Advanced Academics offices.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned supervisor and staff, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Research and compile specialized data for reports and studies.
- Compose and prepare routine and confidential reports and correspondence.
- Make travel and accommodations arrangements for staff.
- Establish and maintain record-keeping systems.
- Coordinate the implementation and application of information technology systems to support area of responsibility.
- Maintain and monitor reports and records related to program/project activities.
- Receive and verify completion and accuracy of forms from various program-related sources.
- Prepare various reports detailing administrative information.
- Answer and review correspondence for the Optional School program and Advanced Academic Offices.
- Identify and seek alternative solutions to issues or problems within the scope of applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of reports, records, correspondence, and files related to assigned service, activities, and operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of combined education and experience in a relevant field.
- Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
