Program Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in an opioid addiction treatment and integrated healthcare setting.
• Deliver medication-assisted treatment, including prescribing and monitoring methadone and buprenorphine.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical and mental health conditions.
• Manage co-occurring medical and mental health issues.
• Collaborate with counselors and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain high standards of safety and adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Support patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Contribute to program improvement and uphold a patient-centered, respectful, and dignified culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical degree with licensure to practice.
• Experience in addiction treatment, mental health, or related fields preferred.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment protocols and regulations.
• Commitment to quality outcomes and patient safety.
