Program Owner - Commercial, Institutional and Shared Services

About the role
The Learning Program Owner is responsible for managing fully built learning programs that are customized to a specific Line of Business and are in a run-the-business state.
Responsibilities
- Manage fully built programs customized for a line of business; make necessary updates
- Create and execute marketing and communications strategies
- Manage the implementation and facilitation of learning experiences, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with Facilitators
- Monitor and evaluate overall program results
- Perform other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities, and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
- Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including acting professionally, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Behavioral Science, I/O Psychology (preferred), or equivalent experience (required)
- 3+ years of experience implementing learning programs or equivalent work-related experience (preferred)
Skills
- Ability to manage and update fully built programs tailored to specific business lines
- Ability to communicate and promote the value of learning programs
- Ensure smooth execution of learning experiences
- Competence in monitoring and evaluating program results to ensure they meet organizational goals
- Ability to lead projects and enterprise initiatives
- Ability to collaborate and foster close relationships to drive program adoption and buy-in

Physical Demands
General office environment: prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face-to-face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks or computer bags up to 10 lbs.
Schedule
- Hybrid (3+ days in-office)
- This role primarily supports clients in the Eastern Time Zone. Candidates residing outside of the Eastern Time Zone should be prepared to maintain a work schedule aligned with Eastern Time business hours.
- Periodic travel to Cleveland may be required, approximately once per quarter, to support team meetings, training, or business needs.
Pay
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $63,000.00 - $96,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
