About the Role

You will be the operational engine that keeps the technical onboarding program running. The ideal candidate is a program manager who possesses autonomy, a holistic view of the program, and experience in a startup or high-growth company environment. This role requires identifying pain points, using data to drive improvements, and managing all event phases independently.

Responsibilities

  • Run day-of logistics for each cohort, including room setup, AV checks, materials, catering, timekeeping, and breakout room coordination.
  • Improve the learner experience through initiatives like prizes and recognition.
  • Maintain the cohort roster, track attendance, and manage completion records.
  • Own participant communications, including welcome emails, pre-work, calendar invites, and reminder nudges.
  • Distribute post-session surveys, compile feedback, and maintain the program dashboard.
  • Schedule and confirm SME speakers for each cohort and maintain a backup speaker bench.
  • Own the program calendar, manage triage of inbound enablement requests, and maintain the project board.
  • Produce a monthly program scorecard detailing cohorts run, attendees, completion rate, and NPS.
  • Author and maintain an operations playbook for program handoff.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in program coordination, event operations, L&D operations, or executive support with heavy logistics ownership.
  • Track record of running recurring in-person programs with 20+ participants.
  • Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable chasing senior stakeholders for deliverables.
  • Strong written communication skills for drafting participant-facing emails and posts.
  • Fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, and at least one project tracker (e.g., Asana, Linear).
  • Based in the SF Bay Area and able to be on-site during cohort weeks (typically 2-3 consecutive days, every other week).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales/GTM enablement, L&D, or People Ops function at a high-growth tech company.
  • Comfort using AI tools to automate repetitive operations work.
  • Familiarity with LMS tooling or survey platforms.
  • Comfort building lightweight dashboards in Sheets or Looker Studio.
  • Experience with scalable events or programs is valued.
