Program Manger

About the role

Serves as senior Program Manager of the Kansas City District Military Branch within the Programs and Project Management Division dedicated to execution of projects and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages project plans and schedules.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitors project progress and adjusts plans as necessary.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and resolves conflicts.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to team members.
• Identifies areas for process improvement and implements changes.
• Prepares and presents project status reports to senior leadership.
• Supports the development and maintenance of project documentation.
• Ensures adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in program management.
• Experience managing large-scale military branch projects.
• Knowledge of relevant federal regulations and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

  The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
