About the role
Serves as senior Program Manager of the Kansas City District Military Branch within the Programs and Project Management Division dedicated to execution of projects and programs.
Responsibilities
- Develops and manages project plans and schedules.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitors project progress and adjusts plans as necessary.
- Manages stakeholder expectations and resolves conflicts.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to team members.
- Identifies areas for process improvement and implements changes.
- Prepares and presents project status reports to senior leadership.
- Supports the development and maintenance of project documentation.
- Ensures adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in program management.
- Experience managing large-scale military branch projects.
- Knowledge of relevant federal regulations and policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
