The ideal candidate will be responsible for all dimensions of large capital improvement programs in water infrastructure or transportation projects including federal regulatory compliance, infrastructure rehabilitation, capacity expansion and environmental protection. Your role Oversee and manage the development and implementation of large capital improvement programs of $1.0B.Serve as the primary point of contact with the public agency.Responsible for the oversight of a multi‑disciplined program management delivery team.Coordinates resources, budgets, schedules, and ensures successful deliverables across projects.Ideal candidate would have worked with or has prior experience with large water/wastewater public agencies or large CIP public programs.Manage program planning, execution, and reporting for multiple programs.Coordinate internal/external resources for program success.Lead risk management, change management, and quality assurance.Support financial tracking and ensure sustainable margins.Build and maintain client relationships, acting on feedback and change requests.Demonstrated experience leading or supporting program management best practices or centers of excellence within an engineering organization.Willingness to report onsite to the client's location up to 3 days per week, as client dictates. Graduate degree preferred, MBA a plus.Professional registration in field of practice is desired, or required where applicable (e.g., PE, AICP, RA, RLA).Certification as PMP or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) desired within one year of hire.
