Program Manager, Vehicle Website
What To Expect
As the Program Manager, Vehicle Website, you will sit at the intersection of product, content, and design — with a unique inside view on new vehicle development and a direct hand in shaping how Tesla's vehicles are presented to the world. You will support the global vehicle website roadmap, coordinate cross-functional efforts across programs, sales, content, studio, and engineering teams, and use data to continuously drive improvements in design, content, and digital experience. Your work will directly influence website performance, accuracy, and effectiveness on a global scale.
What You'll Do
- Support and continuously evolve the global vehicle website roadmap — accounting for new launches, design refreshes, market entries, running changes, cross-functional resource constraints and development timing
- Define and prioritize global web updates end-to-end, from intake through execution and post-launch review, ensuring alignment across global stakeholders
- Align regional sales teams’ website inputs to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and experience
- Serve as the central coordination point for vehicle product and media launch events — managing stakeholder alignment across programs, sales, content, studio, and regional teams to ensure readiness and accuracy at every launch milestone
- Establish and maintain a robust analytics framework to track website performance metrics — including engagement, conversion, traffic, and content effectiveness — and translate findings into clear, actionable improvement initiatives
- Cook up and present website direction, performance, and effectiveness with vehicle program, design, sales, and IT executives on a quarterly basis
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- +3 years in project management, with at least 2 years focused on website development, content management, or digital product management
- Hands-on experience managing website projects in a hardware company. Startup experience is ideal, as it demonstrates agility in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
- Proven track record in guiding cross-functional teams through website change requests, deployments, and global implementations
- Strong understanding of website creation and management processes, version control, and deployment pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives (e.g., design reviews and progress updates)
