Program Manager V
US-Remote – 08+ months contract at $85-$90/hour on W2.
About the role
The Creators initiative is a high-visibility program designed to identify high-potential content creators and accelerate their audience growth through dedicated, white-glove support. This program helps selected creators expand their distribution, monetization capabilities, and overall platform reach, with the strategic goal of fostering organic creator advocacy for the client. Operating under a venture capital model, the program identifies breakout talent, provides targeted investments to accelerate growth, and graduates established creators to onboard subsequent cohorts. Following strong initial performance, the program is scaling its operations from approximately 900 creators to a target capacity of 2,000 to 2,500 creators.

- Track and document notable instances of cross-platform creator advocacy and report key success stories to executive leadership.
- Refine selection messaging, communication protocols, and engagement frameworks across the full program lifecycle.
- Utilize performance dashboards, AI/LLM tools, and market research to monitor engagement dynamics and broader cultural trends.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of US and Canadian cultural landscapes, with the ability to identify content creators who resonate across diverse demographic segments.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-profile initiatives and making sound strategic business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and drive deliverables across diverse organizational stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Self-directed operating style with the ability to function effectively within a lean team structure and leverage emerging technologies independently.
- Basic product acumen to complement cultural judgment and leadership capabilities.
