Program Manager (USMC - WRI ASTRO)

For a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, this role drives complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the ASTRO System for the USMC Enterprise LMR system.
• Oversee contract compliance and operational maintenance of systems.
• Lead personnel management, budgeting, and business operations.
• Coordinate system upgrades and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Develop policies, SOPs, and ensure documentation for program management.
• Conduct daily administrative tasks and lead team meetings.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management or Military experience.
• Able to obtain necessary security clearance for government contracts.
• Executive leadership experience with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in budget formulation and management.
• Exceptional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with supply chain logistics and strategic planning.

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually.
