Program Manager, U-2 I&D - Level 4

About the role

Responsible for managing the development and integration of the U-2 I&D program, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the U-2 I&D program, from concept through design, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet program milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Experience with U-2 systems and operations.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of U-2 systems and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

• Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
