About the role

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects within the security clearance environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a valid security clearance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in program management or a related field
• A valid Top Secret clearance
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing projects in a security clearance environment

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
