Program Manager, Supply Chain and Machine Operations

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional oversight for the machine operations and deployment engineering team and establish a strategic goal for partner relationships.
- Prioritize and allocate constrained materials, such as batteries and racks, ensuring infrastructure goals are met.
- Lead governance structures to monitor partner performance and mitigate service level issues using data-driven insights.
- Improve delivery efficiency, cycle times, and reliability for compute and storage capacity orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management within supply chain, manufacturing, or infrastructure operations.
- 8 years of experience managing material allocation, planning, or deployment programs for infrastructure environments.
Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical field (preferred).
- 10 years of experience with supply chain or large-scale operations.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing high-impact teams with a wide scope and a high degree of leadership.
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.

Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $188,000 - $275,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
