Key Responsibilities
- Lead program-level service design activities, coordinating solution development from concept through operational implementation.
- Manage the development and governance of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer mission requirements, enterprise architecture standards, and operational objectives.
- Serve as the primary program management interface between solution architects, engineering teams, cybersecurity personnel, operations organizations, and customer stakeholders.
- Establish and manage service design processes, including requirements alignment, architecture reviews, design approvals, and transition planning.

- Coordinate development of solution architectures, technical road-maps, implementation strategies, and operational concepts.
- Support architecture governance activities including technical reviews, design boards, engineering working groups, and stakeholder decision forums.
- Ensure proposed solutions address functional requirements, cybersecurity requirements, performance objectives, scalability needs, and life-cycle sustainment considerations.
- Manage dependencies across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, and operational work-streams.
- Track solution design milestones, technical risks, action items, decisions, and readiness criteria to support successful delivery.
- Facilitate trade studies, design assessments, and technical decision processes to support informed program execution.

- Support transition planning from solution design through implementation, deployment, and service operations.
- Develop executive-level briefings, program status reports, decision packages, and governance materials for leadership and government stakeholders.
