Design Services Program Manager

About the role

Join us as a Design Services Program Manager and lead the transformation of a multi-channel design program that blends creativity, strategy, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current state of our program and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Benchmark against best-in-class competitors to elevate our offering
• Design a scalable, customer-focused model that drives sales and loyalty
• Manage and develop a team of Design Consultants, fostering engagement and performance
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance processes, tools, and customer experience
• Leverage technology and data to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
• Experience in design services, retail, or customer experience-driven environments
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching, development, and team engagement
• Operational expertise with the ability to build scalable programs and processes
• Comfort with technology and a data-driven approach to decision making

Benefits

• Schedule: Monday- Friday - Hybrid role between the office and all 8 store locations with an option to work remotely 2 days a week
• Occasional weekends may be necessary for major weekend events

Pay

• $100,000 to $125,000 annually plus up to a 12% target bonus
