About the role

The Program Manager, Senior position at PE Systems, Inc. is part of the Electronic Systems Directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The mission is to deliver sensing capabilities to deter, defend, and win at home and abroad with Joint Forces and Allies.

Responsibilities

• Have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs
• Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports
• Support program management reviews, senior level meetings/reviews and Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews
• Assist in acquisition strategy planning, pre-award and post-award document preparation, and milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination, and decision documentation preparation
• Interface and coordinate with lateral USG organizations
• Document the status, decisions, and open actions to be resolved because of inquiries
• Develop, report, and maintain schedules and metrics that are needed to track program status
• Ensure program management resources have comprehensive knowledge of principal, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management
• Oversee and guide junior and journeyman personnel

Requirements

• MA/MS Degree with 10 years of directly related experience or BA/BS with 12 years of directly related experience or 15 years of directly related experience to this discipline
• Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project)
• Must be able to perform all functional duties independently
• Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
