Program Manager, Research Compliance & Quality Assurance

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Supports Principal Investigators (PIs) and Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) with regulatory compliance in research
• Assists research teams in adhering to internal policies for clinical trials
• Participates in clinical research audits, providing expertise on organizational policies
• Develops and implements quality assurance processes for clinical research compliance
• Collaborates with clinic managers to guide clinical research staff toward continuous improvement
• Integrates organizational policies into research workflows for seamless operations
• Partners with leadership to analyze operational data for improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare-related field required
• Graduate degree in business or healthcare management preferred
• Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) preferred
• Familiarity with ICH E6(R2 & R3) Good Clinical Practice guidelines
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification required, to be obtained within 6 months
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a clinical research environment, focusing on regulatory compliance
• 3 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role preferred

Pay

$108,680 – $156,353 annually
