About the role
This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial, annual, and special HRP evaluations or services appropriate to the role
- Document findings and prepare reports in accordance with DOE requirements
- Cook up with SOMD, Program Manager, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with 10 CFR 712, OSHA standards, and Privacy Act requirements
- Maintain readiness of equipment, records, and systems
- Participate in training, drills, and emergency response activities
- Identify and report conditions impacting safety, reliability, or mission readiness
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of twelve (12) months clinical experience within the past 36 months
- Experience providing emergency care, first aid, and occupational health services
- Able to support HRP evaluations, case management, and follow-up care
- Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearence: DOE L Clearance (equivalent to a DoD Secret Clearence)
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience supporting DOE, NNSA, or other federal programs
- Preferred: Familiarity with Human Reliability Program (HRP) requirements
- Preferred: Experience in safety-sensitive or high-reliability environments
- Preferred: Advanced certifications or specialized training relevant to the role
Pay
Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
