Program Manager – Q4 Holiday Readiness & Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end project plan for Q4 holiday readiness, including timeline development, milestone tracking, and deliverable management.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across business, operations, and stakeholder teams to ensure program readiness and successful execution.
  • Facilitate recurring standups, weekly reviews, and milestone meetings to assess progress, identify risks, and drive accountability.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Monitor program progress and prepare status reports, risk updates, and executive summaries for leadership.
  • Manage daily execution activities during peak season, following up directly with business partners to ensure timely completion of critical actions.
  • Drive project launches and readiness initiatives while maintaining strong communication and organizational rigor across multiple workstreams.
  • Support seasonal initiatives requiring flexibility during peak periods, including occasional weekend work.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of project or program management experience, ideally within e-commerce, retail, operations, or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating meetings, driving follow-ups, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • Positive, energetic, and highly collaborative working style.
