Responsibilities

  • Partner with the AI Campaign team to build and maintain the cross-functional operating rhythms of the campaign — including meetings, escalations, reviews, reporting cadences, and communication channels — ensuring tight coordination across communications, marketing, policy, research, legal, and product teams
  • Support campaign leadership in translating strategy into execution: building roadmaps, maintaining workstream trackers, managing timelines, and ensuring clear ownership and accountability across the campaign
  • Drive the campaign's day-to-day status reporting, performance tracking, and budget management — surfacing risks early, flagging dependencies, and keeping leadership informed with the right level of detail at the right time
  • Develop and scale working models, processes, and systems that improve cross-functional campaign collaboration and efficiency as the campaign grows — from planning frameworks to decision-making templates to internal communication tools
  • Serve as connective tissue across the campaign's internal functions, ensuring workstreams are aligned, information flows freely between teams, and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support the preparation and coordination of leadership reviews, steering committee meetings, and other senior stakeholder touchpoints — ensuring materials are clearly framed and follow-ups are tracked
  • Contribute to developing the broader Public Affairs Campaign Program Management function

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience, including managing complex, cross-functional workstreams
  • Experience building, optimizing, and scaling programs and processes within established teams experiencing growth or transformation
  • Comfortable operating as a trusted partner to senior leaders — influencing without authority, being firm with requests, ensuring follow-through, and communicating shifting priorities clearly across stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail, and delivering information in a highly organized manner
  • Written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complexity into clear, actionable updates for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and foster cooperation across teams you don't directly manage
