Responsibilities
- Partner with the AI Campaign team to build and maintain the cross-functional operating rhythms of the campaign — including meetings, escalations, reviews, reporting cadences, and communication channels — ensuring tight coordination across communications, marketing, policy, research, legal, and product teams
- Support campaign leadership in translating strategy into execution: building roadmaps, maintaining workstream trackers, managing timelines, and ensuring clear ownership and accountability across the campaign
- Drive the campaign's day-to-day status reporting, performance tracking, and budget management — surfacing risks early, flagging dependencies, and keeping leadership informed with the right level of detail at the right time
- Develop and scale working models, processes, and systems that improve cross-functional campaign collaboration and efficiency as the campaign grows — from planning frameworks to decision-making templates to internal communication tools
- Serve as connective tissue across the campaign's internal functions, ensuring workstreams are aligned, information flows freely between teams, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Support the preparation and coordination of leadership reviews, steering committee meetings, and other senior stakeholder touchpoints — ensuring materials are clearly framed and follow-ups are tracked
- Contribute to developing the broader Public Affairs Campaign Program Management function
Qualifications
- 6+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience, including managing complex, cross-functional workstreams
- Experience building, optimizing, and scaling programs and processes within established teams experiencing growth or transformation
- Comfortable operating as a trusted partner to senior leaders — influencing without authority, being firm with requests, ensuring follow-through, and communicating shifting priorities clearly across stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail, and delivering information in a highly organized manner
- Written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complexity into clear, actionable updates for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and foster cooperation across teams you don't directly manage
