Program Manager, Product Development (Remote - US)

The Program Manager, Product Development supports the Chief of Staff, Product Development by driving operational efficiency, financial planning, and strategic execution across the product development organization. This role oversees product development planning, process optimization, standardization initiatives, and ongoing strategic projects; manages departmental reporting at weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals; assists with documentation to support roadmaps; and develops educational materials to align stakeholders. The position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed, and involves significant work in front of a computer monitor.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing product development programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support financial planning processes, tracking budgets, forecasting expenditures, and ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization across product development teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Manage and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental goals are tracked and communicated effectively
