Program Manager, PMO - Clinical/UM/CM/Pharmacy - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, PMO - Clinical/UM/CM/Pharmacy - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive integrated program planning and governance across clinical, utilization management, care management, and pharmacy initiatives. The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure programs stay aligned to business priorities and delivery standards. This position will also track performance measures, support decision-making, and help strengthen execution across related healthcare initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated program plans and schedules Coordinate teams and stakeholders to execute program objectives Monitor performance, identify risks, and lead mitigation strategies Track and report program-level KPIs and outcomes to stakeholders Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and governance standards Facilitate program governance activities for delivery and improvement Oversee management of program scope and associated changes Qualifications 6+ years of program or project management experience in business or technology Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, computer science, business, or a related discipline Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies Advanced proficiency in planning and tracking tools for managing projects Strong analytical and risk management skills across related initiatives Ability to manage competing priorities and translate business goals into coordinated plans Effective communication skills for stakeholder influence and decision-making Benefits Competitive benefits package Opportunities for training and mentoring Support for professional certifications Flexible work environment Collaboration with cross-functional teams Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
