Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to youth and families
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive service plans
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (social work, psychology, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience working with youth and/or families
- Valid California driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for social justice and anti-oppression work
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with case management software
