About the role
The Program Manager of Creative Careers & Collaboration will lead initiatives aimed at fostering innovative career development programs and enhancing collaboration within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative career development programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement
- Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Manage project timelines and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in career development or related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing projects and budgets
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
