Core Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management and administration of the contract, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and reporting obligations.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, staffing plans, risk registers, and performance metrics across multiple concurrent task orders and scientific activities.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of scientists, analysts, information specialists, data managers, and technical support staff to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain and monitor project budgets, labor utilization, subcontractor performance, and financial forecasts to support effective resource allocation and contract profitability.
- Establish and oversee quality management processes, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to established quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Support contract reporting activities, including status reports, performance dashboards, action-item tracking, meeting coordination, and executive briefings.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, develop corrective action plans, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program performance.
- Support implementation of innovative technologies, workflow automation tools, AI-enabled review processes, and knowledge management systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, federal regulations, data management requirements, and information security standards.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for government representatives regarding schedule, staffing, budget, and contract performance matters.
What We Value
- Bachelor’s degree + 12 years, Master’s degree + 10 years, or PhD + 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, competing priorities, and geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience supporting scientific research, systematic review, evidence synthesis, environmental health, toxicology, biomedical research, or related federal programs preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal contract administration, reporting requirements, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools, data visualization platforms, and workflow automation technologies.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PgMP, FAC-COR, or comparable project/program management certification preferred.
