Program Manager, Network Infrastructure Deployment & Delivery

About the Role

You will oversee the end-to-end execution of data center network deployment programs, transforming engineering designs into operational, tested network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of data center core, spine/leaf fabric, WAN/edge connectivity, and corporate network services across multiple sites.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, establish milestones, and ensure adherence to security and operational standards.
• Define deployment processes and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, vendors, and security teams.
• Drive issue resolution to keep projects on track.
• Implement program governance and operational discipline to standardize deployment practices.
• Achieve high-quality, scalable network turn-ups.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing large-scale data center network projects.
• Knowledge of network architectures (e.g., core, spine/leaf, WAN/edge).
• Strong communication and risk management skills.
• Ability to standardize deployment practices for scalability and quality.
