Program Manager- Materials BUL

About the role

Eaton’s PCS division is currently seeking a Program Manager- Materials BUL to join the team. This is a hybrid role, with approximately 25% travel and can be based in one of the following locations: El Paso, TX; Ellisville, MO; Menomonee Falls, WI; Peachtree City, GA; Pittsburgh, PA; and Raleigh, NC. The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and execute capital projects related to footprint rationalizations, capacity expansions, manufacturing methods/processes, and facilities using comprehensive knowledge of existing capabilities and new technology.
• Lead actions associated with supply chain and systems applications for capacity expansion projects.
• Work with suppliers and purchasing to ensure robust part supply to achieve projected sales growth.
• Lead SAP and Enovia data set-up for new operations or site expansions and be responsible for achieving defined project metrics such as schedule, budget, and benefits.
• Ensure close collaboration with the local operations teams to assure project success and examine the needs of the business to develop project scenarios and build the business case.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain based roles
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain based roles
• Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) or equivalent
• Familiar with PROLaunch methodology
• Experience with Enovia
