Program Manager - Located in Weatherford, OK
Job Summary
Program Manager (PM) provides leadership, support, and the resources necessary for the base to deliver customer-oriented high-quality patient care in a safe and efficient manner. The PM supports company SOPs and protocols and ensures that the patient and staff's interests are prioritized.
Essential Functions/Duties
Base Leadership: Takes responsibility for the team's integrity and provides leadership and guidance. Develops the annual base budget and Performa. Reports to the base leadership team (Lead Pilot, Base Mechanic).
Crew Management: Directs the base clinical crew (Flight Nurse, Flight Paramedic, and Medical Crew Lead) and handles operational and service delivery issues. Participates in hiring and performance evaluations. Manages disciplinary actions and ensures compliance with company standards and CAMTS regulations.
Customer Service: Understands and maps customer goals and requirements, listens to customer experiences, and manages customer relations, including business development, communication, and contract management. Oversees base marketing and public relations.
Fiscal Management/Marketing: Prepares and executes annual base operating, patient transport, and capital budgets. Conducts continuous variance analysis and corrections. Markets company transport resources to increase their use.
Other: Serves on the management team and represents the company at public and professional meetings. Coordinates and manages local leadership team meetings.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience as a registered professional nurse, paramedic, or respiratory care practitioner is desirable. One year of management or supervisory experience is required.
Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience is preferred.
Living Location: Must live within 70 miles of the location.
