Program Manager - Located in Valdosta, GA
Job Summary
The Program Manager (PM) leads and supports the base to deliver high-quality patient care safely and efficiently. The PM ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a supportive team environment.
Essential Functions/Duties
Base Leadership: Takes responsibility for team integrity and development of the annual budget and Performa. Reports to the base leadership team.
Crew Management: Directs base clinical crew hiring and performance evaluations. Manages disciplinary actions and ensures compliance with company standards and regulations.
Customer Service: Understands customer goals and needs, manages customer relations, and oversees marketing and public relations.
Fiscal Management/Marketing: Prepares and executes budgets, conducts variance analysis, and markets transport resources.
Other: Participates in management team meetings, represents the company at meetings, and coordinates leadership team activities.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a registered professional nurse, paramedic, or respiratory care practitioner is highly desirable.
One (1) year management or supervisory experience.
Ability to design, execute, and measure a business and marketing plan.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred.
Candidate must live within 70 miles of the location.
