About the Opportunity: The Program Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for developing and implementing learning solutions that align with strategic business objectives. This role translates organizational needs into effective professional and leadership development programs, managing initiatives from planning through execution while driving continuous improvement. The position plays an important role in strengthening a culture of learning and supporting employee growth across the organization. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver learning programs including facilitator-led sessions, online courses, and job aids.• Align learning initiatives with organizational strategy and business objectives.• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.• Facilitate meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and action items.• Allocate work and provide guidance to program team members.• Collaborate with stakeholders, executive sponsors, and subject matter experts.• Coach speakers and facilitators and provide feedback on training content.• Coordinate logistics for live and virtual educational programs.• Serve as the primary program contact during live learning events.• Promote program adoption through targeted and broad-based communication and marketing.• Design and administer surveys to measure training effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.• Communicate program outcomes and impact to stakeholders.• Continuously improve learning processes, programs, and content.• Facilitate team-building and professional development workshops.• Adapt learning content to meet specific team and organizational goals.• Facilitate 360-degree feedback processes for leadership development.• Manage and create online course content, curricula, and related learning materials. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Design, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.• Preferred 3 years of experience in learning and development or talent management.• Preferred 7 years of program or project management experience.• Experience with Learning Management Systems and content authoring tools such as Captivate.• Knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies and e-learning platforms.• Strong organizational, time-management, consultation, and project management skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Ability to manage programs through the full lifecycle and implement process improvements.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships across diverse groups. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
