About the role

Summary Lead all program execution for the Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) Development, Operations, and Sustainment (DOS) contract supporting the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO MLB), PMW 240, within the MyNavy HR Transformation portfolio. Serve as the principal point of contact for Government stakeholders and Katmai leadership, holding single-point accountability for cost, schedule, technical performance, cybersecurity posture, and customer satisfaction across all task areas.

Responsibilities

• Direct a multi-disciplinary delivery team spanning Agile software development, test and quality assurance, Salesforce and systems administration, data and integration engineering, cybersecurity, and business analysis
• Oversee risk and performance management, and lead staffing and transition efforts to sustain continuous operation of eCRM across its private
